Our First Vegan Giveaway Contest
We’re super excited to announce our first vegan giveaway contest!
We’ve teamed up with Overall Beauty Minerals, one of the awesome sellers on Empathy Market to put together our first giveaway contest. In fact, we’ve decided that we’ll be picking not just one, but TWO lucky winners!

Contest Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter is: Empathy Market Inc. whose registered office is at 5185 Mariette Ave. Montreal, Qc, Canada, H4V2G3.
2. The contest is open to residents of the United States and Canada aged 18 years or over.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
4. By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Closing date for entry will be September 5th, 2016. After this date the no further entries to the contest will be permitted.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in an extreme situation or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the contest will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this contest.
11. The prize is as follows:
The winners will receive a set of 4 mineral eyeshadows and 1 blush. The prizes are not transferable.
12. Winners will be chosen:
At random from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
13. The winners will be notified via Instagram within 14 days of the closing date. If the winners cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. The winners must provide their address to the promoter in order for the prize to be shipped.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by Canadian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
17. The winners agree to the use of their names and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Canadian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
